CFJC is a privately held independent company, founded in 2003. The Company was born with the aim of providing specialized commercial services to European Asset Managers not benefiting of in-house resources and yet wishing to develop business relationship with institutional clients.

The company has a 730 000 € share capital and was constituted as a SAS (Sociétés par actions simplifiées).
Head office is in Paris.

Over the years the company has experienced significant growth and more mandates have been signed with several Asset Managers. About 1 bn € had been raised by 2009.

The mandates undertaken are directed only to institutional investors.

2011 marks a new step in the history of the company. CFJC earned the Investment Company statutes, as regulated by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel, which acts under Banque de France prerogatives.

Thanks to this approval, the company is now regulated to offer additional services in the capital market field. CFJC can act as a placement agent in unsecured Equity and Bond primary market issuances.
